Wiring new thermostat. I do not have 24V on Red Wire?
I am trying to replace our original thermostat (2 years old) with a new one which has multiple programmed on/off times. The original wiring had the following wires : W, O, G, R, C (black), Y. The new thermostat has the following terminals: G, RC,RH,Y/O, W/B, Y1

Any suggestions on how to properly wire the new thermostat?

Also, If the red wire does not have 24V, what do I need to do?

    Thanks,

    Mike

Yes. There was an orange wire in the terminal. I found the 5amp fuse that was blown. I have temporarily hooked my original thermostat up until I can get some assistance with the new thermostat.

    Thanks,

    Mike
