Why is it so hard to get into a relationship these days? All boys seem to want are casual flings and when they don't get them, they stop getting in touch, everyone I seem to know is in a relationship and I don't understand why I am not, I don't dress or act slutty, I have been told that I am really pretty and have a nice personality.I have a large group of friends and socialise quite a bit so often meet new people. I don't go on dates with a guy for the sake of getting into a relationship, but the guys I would like to get to know better just suggest coming to theirs later, but I don't want to be that kind of girl. So how can I attract a nice guy who actually wants to be with me and get to know me?

You don't go attracting nice guys. I think the problem is that you're not attracted to nice guys. Furthermore, nice guys don't always have the courrage to ask girls out.

I'm 20 and at Uni, I do have a lot of guy friends, but they are either in relationships or want to be single

Don't look for love, just enjoy dating and doing what you enjoy doing with good people.

It happens, when it happens. You wanting it, will not make it so.

By being yourself, and being happy with who you are.

I agree, the best relationships are the ones you never saw coming. You can't be actively looking for a "official relationship". Just go out, hang out with guys, date casually. If it doesn't work out, then move on and keep trying. The more you try the more experience you will get in dealing with people and the easier it will get because you'll get a better idea of what the right kind of person for you is. At 20 you're not likely to find the person of your dreams. You don't hafta be a serial dater, just be yourself and get involved in social activities you enjoy and with people you don't know.
