Charged with several crimes in 2003, pleaded guilty to lesser charge in 2006. Put on probation for 5 yrs and served 90 days in jail. violated by using illegal drugs and dropping dirty. Judge sentenced me to 90 days in a diagnotic correctional center. Should have been release April 17, 09. Will see the parole and probation board June 17, 09. Case worker said I would have to do 2 years in prison on the charge I was charged with before I pleaded guilty to a lesser charge in 2003. Can they bring up a charge from 2003 that was changed to a lesser crime and keep me in prison longer than the judge ordered in Feb 09. Have not been in any trouble other then being addicted to drugs.
