We live on the top floor of an apartment building. The neighbors below us are smoking all the time. Iowa just passed the smoking law. We Are non smokers and feel like we should not have to smell the smoke. Also are very loud while they are having sex. It seems like every early in the AM. I am a very light sleeper and I am sick of it. What Can we do?:mad:

If you did buy the mobile home, then you just move. End of story.:D:D

There is nothing you can do about the smoke, they have a legal right to smoke in their own home.

Sex noise well what time and how loud, but most likely nothing you can do there either.

AS for the mobile home post,
You need to explain this, and we need to close the one that is not true
