Ac blows hot when parked blows cold when driving my 2003 ram 1500. I haver already tried to use the kit from oreilly's but still doing the same thing. How do I fix it

Check the AC vacuum hoses going to the vacuum tank. There may be a leak affecting the blending door. Ensure there are no kinks in the vacuum tubing.
