Sunny Florida hasn't been too sunny - we've gotten at least nine inches of rain in the last three days. My '94 Honda del Sol was running fine until this morning (I drove it home in the rain last night). I turned the key and the windshield wipers wouldn't turn off with the switch, but did stop when I turned the engine off. All electric windows will not go down either. I suspect a short - is there an electric something common to both the windows and the wipers? Many thanks.
