my hair was brown, so I had it stripped and put a box die all over now my roots are white and the rest of my hair is a yellow /ginger sort of colour. So I tried going back brown but as soon as I put the colour on my hair I had to wash it straight off because my head was burning as I have got a cut on my head ( from the 1st box die I put on ) ! Where it must of burnt my scalp.. any suggestions ? X please help lol! :D

First of all what color do you want to be? If you want to go back to brown it will be easy! You have to let your scalp heal first though. Once its healed, use a dark brown with ash tones. This will neautralize the red/ginger tones. I also recommend you use a box color that's meant for gray hair. This color will deposit in your bleached out hair much more evenly. Hope this helps!
