Hello, I am also in Arizona I'm fairly worried because I am going through a similar dilemna as another thread, only it may be worse. I caused a small fender bender, in which the other car had a bump and a bit of paint chip on its bumper. I gave the other driver my information and left the scene ,a police man called me and asked to meet with me to just get the details since I was on my way to work. He says he needs info to file his report and would like to meet with me tomorrow morning if possible. The bad parts starts now, I'm driving under a suspended license since I left the state (Virginia) and have not been able to send out my license and pay the reinstatement fee. I can try and take care of it tomorrow I don't know if I should send out my license before I meet with him or if its better to just face the music and if so what can I expect in my near future legally. Could really use some feedback...

No matter how quickly you get your license reinstated I guarantee the Police already know it's not valid now - or at the time of the accident.

I see no choice but to face the consequences now. Why reinstate it if it's only going to be suspended again?
