I have a debt that was sent to a collection ageny. I have been making payments with the agency, but the agency and the original creditor have not or will not report that payments are being made on the account. It shows up as a charge off on my report. What can I do to make them report that payments are being made?

Nothing. They are not obligated to report to a credit agency.

You can challenge the mark on your report directly with the reporting agency though and the lender will have to respond or it will be removed.
