    Personal injury
Does one have a case when there are NO physical injuries only emotional ones. And should I attempt at solving it myself? The injured is my 17 year old daughter.

Welcome to the site. Emotional injuries or scars can be worse and deeper then physical ones. What is the issue with your 17 year old daughter. Please explain more detail in what kind of situation happened. You can not solve it yourself, if your looking for help in dealing with whatever situation has happened.

Depending on what it is, it might be a worth while to search and seek out counseling.

First you need to read instructions more. This was moved from the Introductions forum which is clearly marked as not for questions.

Second, you need to explain the circumstances in more detail. Case for what? Are you thinking of suing someone? If so, for what and about what?

    Hello c:

Scott and Joe are both right. You CAN sue over emotional injuries, but that doesn't mean you'll win. No, of course you shouldn't handle it yourself.

If you tell us what happened, instead of just asking a yes or no question, you'll get a LOT better feedback.
