Hi me and my brother are trying to recall the name of a movie where a young boy dressed up as an alligator or a crocodile. The only thing I can really remember is the kid eating licorice and walking on 2 feet while in his costume. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance

There's a part in "Hope Floats" like that... I think he dresses up as a dog at one point too. Could that be it?
