Ok, so I looked in the owners manual and it says "Low-voltage fuse is open- check for short in low-voltage wiring including thermostat leads shorting to duckwork or furnace cabinet. Disconnect thermostat leads to isolate short circuit. ENGLISH PLEASE...
What are they asking me to do...
    Thanks,

Does the furnace have a circuit board? If so look for a plug in type automotive looking fuse that could be bad
Although ,most furnaces don`t give a code for this but take a look see anyway
Most of the time if you have a tstat wire shorted,it won`t run at all or do something crazy like won`t stop running,, or it might blow the transformer,

Here is somewhat they are asking you to do. Disconnect the low voltage wires from the terminals on the circuit board in the furnace, somehow mark where they were located on the board. Put in a new fuse if you know where it is (it is an automotive type fuse, probably 3 or 5 volts.

Now if you have a switch that the bottom door of the furnace operates you will have to use some tape and make sure that the switch is pushed in so you can test the furnace.

If you have inserted a new fuse and you did not see a spark, then unplug the fuse and look to see if it is blown or still good. If it is good you need a jumper wire that you can touch the R terminal to the W terminal, this should make you vent assist fan start to run. Hold the jumper until the furnace lights. Now you know that part is OK. Now jumper form the G terminal to the R terminal, this should start you blower motor to start to run, now remove the jumper. Now jumper the Y terminal to the R terminal and this should make the outdoor unit start to run and also the main indoor blower motor run.

If all of these things work right and don't blow the fuse you probably have a problem in the thermostat. So take the front off the thermostat and look al all of the small wires and see if you can see where one wire might be touching another when it looks like it should not be.

Try all of this and tell me what you find out.
