In California, will I be entitled to employment benefits if I quit but not my own fault? I love my job but I just can't tolerate the workplace.

If you quit you are not eligible
Sorry no if you quit you can not get benefits. What is bad about your work ?
Just because you don't like the workplace is not a justifiable reason to quit. If that were the case, everyone would quit their job and try and collect unemployment. If you quit you will not be eligible for unemployment benefits.
Hello j:
My friends are right... However, if it can be shown that your workplace was inhospitable or disruptive to the degree that you were forced to quit, you MAY get approved.

Thanks for the replies. The work environment is very stressful. Just the though of going to work everyday stresses me. Well. I think I just have to find another job. Thanks guys!
I did have one place, they were asking us to do illegal things, I quit and got my unemployment for that reason
