We just purchased a house and we have a fairly new AC unit, what might be some reasons it would not work, it doesn't turn on at all even if you put it on fan or heat or whatever.

Does the furnace work? Make sure the breakers are on at the main panel. Make sure the disconnect outside is on. Please let us know what you find, and we will try to help. But we will need a little more info. Thanks.
