Do I still have to pay csa?
I have a child that I have never seen. I have paid csa for her since she was born and she is now 9.My ex is now married. Do I still have to pay csa for her?

Yes. The mother getting married has no bearing. Now if the father wanted to adopt her, that would change matters.

But until then as long as the support order is in effect you need to pay.

As to having never seen the child, why not? If the child is yours you have a right to visitation.

You never seeing the child is your issue, you could have asked for visits and saw the child regularly if you wanted.

Unless the new husband wants to adopt the child, you will pay till the age listed on the support agreement.
