Is there any way to find out what date my bankruptcy was discharged?

Call the clerk of the bankruptcy court and ask.

Was this a number of years ago? Did you use an attorney? Do you remember who the attorney was?

1. Look at the discharge paper that you were provided ( it would be mailed to you)
2. call and ask your attorney, they would have gotten a copy of the discharge also
3. go into the clerks office of the court and get a copy of the discharge.
4. while not always, look at your credit report and see if it shows the bankrutpcy discharge
