The movie is about a girl (who I remember specifically was the original pink power ranger) who is in a car with her date on the way to prom. Yet as they are driving over a bridge they crash, car goes off the bridge and they both die.

That same girl then comes back as a ghost (still wearig her pink prom dress) and finds that she can talk to only one person, who happens to be a new kid in high school a couple decades after she died.

I know they used to show it on disney all the time I just can't remember what it's called for the life of me...

Anyone else remember?

It's called Susie Q

1996 made-for-TV film that aired on Disney Channel frequently in the late 90's.

The movie told the story of a teenager dying with her boyfriend on her way to their Winter Formal and coming back to her old house years later in order to help her parents avoid being kicked out of their trailer park home. Later, Zach (Justin Whalin) moves into Susie's (Amy Jo Johnson) old house, but he is the only one who is able to see Susie.

That is very similar to the movie I am trying to remember. Except in this movie the girl and boy wreck on the way to the prom and she dies but I don't think he does. She comes back as a ghost I believe she came back with her car when a young girl bought it years later. Only this girl can see her, and the ghost girl has to do unfinished business. Meanwhile she helps make the girl that bought her car dress better and get a boyfriend and "be cool". I thought Wynona ryder played the girl that bought the car but I cannot remember the name or find anything about it anywhere! Can anyone remember this movies name?
