I Lived In Illinios Until 2003 I Moved Up Here To Wisconsin, Of Course My Ex Lived Here To Which We Have Two Daughters Together. He Had Not Seen His Daughters In 10 Years. Of Course Not Paid Child Support In Those 10 Years. I Had An Order Out Of Kendall County Ill Were My Divorce Was Filed. It Took Wisconsin 1 Year After I Moved Here To Start Having Him Paying Child Support $75.00 A Week When He Is About 30,000.00 In Debt For Child Support. My Question Is Why Is He Not Paying What He Is Behind? My Oldest Is 16 Now And The Other Is Going to Be 14, They Could Really Use That For College.

He is not paying more or more toward the back because most likely you have not refiled in court to get a order for a certain amount to current and then so much additional to be paid toward back.

And I would ask why you let him get 10 years behind ( which most likely will never be caught up) why did you not get stronger inforcement during those years to stop him from getting so far behind.

Just because he was not seeing them is not a reason and has nothing to do with child support payments.

And of course you can also file for him to have to pay certain amounts toward their college.
