Im katie and I'm 13.

NO one understands they always say I need help and that I'm crazy I'm not crazy though there just freeken s!
I cry myself to sleep almost every night because everyone makes fun of me...
I JUST WANT IT ALL TO END!!
I tried killing myself 2-3 times but I couldn't do it got any ideas how I can?!
I just want it to end!!
I have no one to talk to anymore my only bestfriends that I talk to are gone and I want it to be over NOW!

You are not crazy.

You do however need help.

You NEED to talk to someone, a school counselor, therapist, family member.

Life is tough, everyone has a point in their lives where they feel down.
What makes you stronger is pushing through it, not giving up.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

I can understand how you feel. It's hard to think anyone gets you when you are that age. On top of it all kids that age are some of the most savage creatures in the world when it comes to each others feelings.

When I was your age I wasn't exactly prom queen and I was also made fun of, a lot. There were times when I didn't even want to get out of bed. It feels like your at rock bottom right? There is no one that cares how you feel or even notices you, unless of course, they are targeting you.

From one person to another things WILL get better. It may not happen today, or tomorrow, but somewhere down the line it will be better. You have everything to live for, you just may not be able to see it.

If you let yourself give up on life now, you let them win. All of those people who make your life hurt so much. Game over. They win. If you can't find any other reason to live then live just to spite them. Live to see the day when they eat their own words. It will happen, trust me.

This is where I'm going to suggest seeing a counselor or talking to a family member. Feeling suicidal isn't all uncommon for young teens like you but its not good either. You may be surprised by how good it feels to get it off your chest.

No matter what you think, people do care. I care. Everyone here cares. You can get anything off your chest that you want and we will listen.

No one here is going to suggest ways that you can kill yourself. It's easier to live, even though it feels hard at the moment. Anyway, think about how your family would feel if you did anything silly.

Speak to someone - you've already taken the first step by writing to this forum.

Speak to your sister, mother teacher, friends.

It will be OK. It feels horrible, but it does get better. Trust me, I've been there.

You know even us old people were 13 at one time and we all made it though. And you know there were problems then and if you do nothing at all, many just go away in time.

But you are not crazy, in fact the people who may well be crazy are the ones that don't understand the problems today youth go though.

But you do need help, in learning better ways to deal with isssues and find support groups to help you.

13 is a tough age. Growing up today is very difficult. I have a daughter about your age and I can see the struggle she goes through just trying to find herself and then dealing with the drama in school.

I remember being that age and trying to end my life when I was 12. I had a terrible terrible relationship with my mother and my father hadn't been around since I was 3. I thought my life would never get better. To wake in the morning was a difficult task. You are not alone. Reading your post reminds me of so much. I do know I wish I had someone there to tell me I was worth staying around. I wish I had someone who told me that my feelings were important and valid.

Well your feelings are important and you are worth more then you think right now. It will get better. It got better for me.

Oh honey what ever you do keep talking to someone even if its only here. We all care and guess what even us old people feel like no one gets us. YOU are not crazy. Just 13, I hated being 13. I was made fun of everyday and had no friends either guess what I am 46 now and, life is worth living! PS going to be a grandma for the very first time. If I had ended my life there would not be a new life coming. My children would have never been born. It gets better honest.

Hello Katie, I see that you have posted similar questions before. Please seek professional help. Suicide is not the answer. I know school life can be hard, I was made fun of quite a lot all throughout school. I'm 20 years old, out of school, and raising my own family, and I STILL get made fun of. Kate, don't put any stock in these peoples insults. If you can put yourself above them, and just ignore the insults, then your practically invulnerable to verbal attacks. If they're effecting you this badly, perhaps you should talk with your teachers and principal, let them know how you feel and how you are being treated, I know the school doesn't always help, if the school doesn't do anything, then get your parents involved, let them know how your being treated. It is your parents and the schools legal and ethical obligation to provide you with a safe learning environment. I wish you the best of luck.
