My penice had a white patch or spot more a spot its not alump just a spot. WE only have set with each other my wife and I 100% no one else.

It sounds like "pearly penile papule(s)" which are common, harmless, and not sexually transmitted. Although their cause is not known, pearly penile papules seem to be more common in uncircumcised men. These papules are frequently misdiagnosed as genital warts.
