I have a 40 gallon electric hot water that is not working. I have replaced the thermostat and the element and the reset switch but I stiil have no hot water. The tank is not leaking and there is power going to it. So I am trying to figure out if there is something else that I can do to fix it or do I need to buy a new tank.
