    Premature Ejaculation
This is a personal problem that I have been dealing with quite some time. My partner has been really good about it, and understand, but it something that I thought would go away, but even after about 2 months it's still around. Is there anything I can do to try and fight it? It's making my love life very difficult on both my partner and I.

I have tried looking up stuff online, and most things you need to pay for. Any help would be greatly appretiated!

Personally, I've heard that if you 'clean the pipes' (so to speak) on a regular basis it can help.

Men who masturbate more often than men who do not eventually learn to get a 'feel' of when they're going to peak and can learn to control it a little better.

Look on the internet for the 'pinching method' - when you feel the momentum building up withdraw and pinch the head of the penis gently, then continue.

Wear a condom! This decreases the sensation until you get used to lasting longer.

Changing sexual positions so that there is less stimulation or deep penetration can also help.

On a lighter note, my ex (who was prone to finishing too soon) said that thinking of the postman helped. I assume he meant the male postman delivering letters!

Not to worry dear... you can solve this problem by yourself... Do much foreplays.. Have intercourse... when you feel (now it happen) withdraw you from her... wait a sec.. Put in and... do this trick for 2-3 times in one time... At first it will not work. But be patient you will get result... best of luck

If you have tried everything, then, do see a doctor to make sure it is not medical.
I have been told that when you feel near climax, that you can count, stop thinking about how it feels and begin to count backwards from 100. I was told that helped.
    Good luck.

Also, you can adjust your masturbation techniques to incorporate the suggestions here. If you usually rush yourself to orgasm when you masturbate, you can expect a similar performance from intercourse.

    Practice makes perfect ;)
