I am going to court to get Child support. Ex quit his job and became self employed two years ago and still refuses to give financial information (tax papers). I also want to have Modifications done to the present drop off place. We presently exchange at Mcdonalds but my work hours have changed and he refuses to bring our daughter to my home where her grandmother is there to babysit till I get home. I presently have to take my lunch hour break to rush to mcdonalds, drive my daughter home then return to work, often being late.

My question is this. Can I put both requests on the same motion or do they have to be filed as two separate motions?
