Can I tell my daughters biological dad that she was born?
I married last year and this guy is her step dad but her real dad doesn't know she was born. Can I tell him and he cannot take the baby away or should I just not say a word?

He has a right to know that he has a child. It's not fair to him or your daughter to not at least give him a chance to be a part of her life.

He can't just "take her away" but yes, he may want to establish visitation. Unless you have valid reasons for not wanting him around (safety, history of physical or substance abuse, etc), why not let him know he has a child?

Put yourself in his shoes. I know it is kind of hard as men can't have babies, but all the more reason why he should know he is a father. He may or may not want to pursue a realationship, but he needs to make that choice.

Tell him, let him have visitation if he wants it. He does have the right to know he is a dad, but more importantly, your daughter has the right to know who her real dad is. Children should always know the truth, it can cause so many problems when they are older if they don't. Unless you are a seriously unfit mother, he wouldn't have the right to 'take her away'.
