OK... every time I get in the sun for just up to a few minutes I get this red splotchey look to my skin, sometime I don't even havet to be in the sun I can just leave my hair down and it makes my cheast red splotchey looking it also happens when I get in really dirty water and it is soooo... anbarsing to me it makes me feel ugly so if you have any ideas please help me

You are not alone. I also have sensitive skin and my neck chest gets all blotchy red whenever I'm in the sun or scratch my skin.
I just live with it, avoid scratching my neck or chest, wear sunscreen. Hope it helps you feel better knowing that you're not the only one.
