I am preparing for an interview with an Elementary School for an Office Assistant Position and I wanted to know what kind of questions should I ask and as well what kind of questions would they ask me? Please help!! Keep in mind I have never worked as an office Assistant before.

They will ask you about your experience with children, what do you like about them and what you don't. They are usually looking for folks that are a cross between a mom, a secretary and a nurse. You ask them what their expectations are, how you can best support and help the administration and the needs of children.

When they ask you why you want to work with children... do not say because I love kids. It's a generic answer no educator wants to hear
