I am on my 2nd IUD that I have had since January. I had my last period on March 31st so I should have started my period on May 1st. Today is the 14th and I have yet to start. I have been overly tired, nauseous, vomited 3 times in the last 2 days (all after smoking a cigarette like in my 3 previous pregnancies), a little dizzy, and felt like I was going to start but didn't. I took a pregnancy test lastnight and it came out negative. Is there a possibility that I maybe pregnant or is there something else going on? :confused:

Pregnancy tests should be taken with the first morning's urine for the most accurate results.

I know that is the best time but its always worked at other times before. I have never missed a period with my IUD. So I guess I just need to get another one and take it in the morning. But it still leaves me unanswered questions if it also comes back negative

It could be you are fighting an illness. Try another test, if still negative and you continue to feel unwell or possible symptoms, consult your doctor. They may decide to do a blood test just to be sure.
