My present visa status is H4, my qualification is M.SC, B.Ed with school teaching experience from India. If I want to work as a teachar in USA how should I proceed?

Find a petitioner in the US that requires your degree for employment and file an H-1B. Do it quickly as the H's are being depleted for the fiscal year.
