Does bromiline capsule help in reducing weight? Today I read in a magzine about bromiline capsule.?. I need to reduce 15 kg.Also I am nursing my 1 yr old baby.So is it safe?

If you mean bromelain it is a digestive enzyme that is from papaya or pineapple and is totally safe but I don't think it really causes weight loss. It helps keep the gunk out of your digestive system which will make you feel a few pounds lighter and better, but it does not burn the fat off.

In general I would keep taking it but not for any great weight loss.
