Please provide me the formula to convert names in to email address, for example -
"William Smith" should be converted in to "[email protected].

Please provide a more complete example of your actual names. Are ALL names supposed to be converted to gmail addresses?

The most notoriously inconsistent dataset is a list of people's NAMES. Names are 1,2,3,4 and even 5 words. Are your names strictly First/Last?

Are the names in separate cells? What columns?

If all names are not supposed to be GMAIL addresses, then what column holds the ISP name?
