No contact order lifted. Probation officer says she is putting it back on! Can she?
My husband and I just got a no contact order lifted :D... but his probation officer after the judge lifted this told us she is putting it back on . I have had many problems with this woman in the past. In fact I have tried to get my husband help from her with rehab, councling, and also a mentle health evaluation and she has been no help at all. He has also tried getting help from her as far as even telling her he is feeling suicidal, and needs some form of help:(. I have even spoke with her supervisor. She hasn't helped in any way!
Does she have the power to put the no contact order back in place even though the judge just lifted it?
We own our house together and have a baby. She doesn't seem like she is willing to help him, but only allowing him to hurt himself with her knowing there is a problem!

Why is she suppose to help him with his problems? Even if she does get an order put back it doesn't mean that if she is ordered to be responsible for his help that she wouldn't be. They would be two different orders.
If there is no order saying that she is responsible I don't see any way she would be responsible.
