I just repainted my bedroom and as it dried it started blustering and peeling. I used eggshell paint. How do I fix this problem?

Was there oil based paint on the wall or just a place with some greasy dirt? You should wash the area with TSP after scraping all loose paint. Now prime with something like Kilz and then top coat.
