My finace just got served papers for maternity/child support the child is a year old and he slept with her once (I understand that's all it takes) he doesw not want to be involved with the child or mother and knows for a fact that she slept around he is worried cause she is not a stable woman and likes to party a lot he already has a child with another person and does pay his child support!! He does not want rights how does he sign them over to her??
