    Fan not running on outside air conditioner
    I have a Goodman/Carrier split system CK36 1B. The inside part is running fine. The outside fan is not running, but sounds like the compressor is trying to come on. What should I check first? What could the probable causes be?

    Probably need a new capasitor.
