May I know the basic diference between precision AC and HVAC,split ACs.

Standard A.C. unit operated to satisfy sensible load as it is controllled by a sensible controlling device "thermostat" and it doesnot precisely controlled humidity inside the space. Therefore in very humid days, you feel that inside room it is too humid and you feel you clothes moist and your body sweeting.even with the air conditioning is on. Also some days you feel the inside air very dry

However, precision unit controlled humidity inside the space sensible temperature as well as temperature as it has inside it cooling coil, heating coil as well as humidifiers and special control panel.

Precision unit is not used for residiences or offices. It is used for spaces which require precisely controlled humidity such as main frame or server rooms.
