    Entering my property
Can I enter my property to take pictures before eviction?

    Hello v:

Sure, but you must give at least 24 hours notice. If you don't, you can be sued, or even jailed for trespass.

It may help if you used the right terminology. While you are taking money from them, it's not YOUR property. It's THEIRS.

Why would you want to take pictures before eviction? You want to take pictures AFTER the eviction to prove what damage has been done to the property. You should take pictures before tenants move in and then after they move out to prove damages.

Are you the tenant or the landlord? It's not been made clear.
