    Marriage under false pretense
In the State of Missouri if a person marries another under false pretense is the marriage legal and binding, the said person was still married to another person and stated that the divorce was final when in fact it was not

That should be grounds to have the marriage annulled. Also it may be illegal.

If they are already married, this is a criminal act and can be arrested for it.

The other marriage is not binding but for the legal aspect should be annulled to be on legal record
