My case worker has not returned any of my calls in 2 weeks. The ex is currently in jail, he was sentenced to 9 months, should be out in October 09. I have all the paper work, howewver, they do not include court filing fees, which is $408.00

I would strongly consider getting a private lawyer. This could get messy and expensive.
