HI I AM 17.. I had a bump on the right side of my penis, and I poped it and it looked like water that came out it wasn't a lot. But anyway it's a scab over it now.and I would like to know should I go toa doctor or is it something I should or shouldn't worry about? Ii am african american

I don't think you should roll the dice on this one. Play it safe and go check with the Doc. If there is a scab over it, then you are trying to heal from something. Play it safe... go check with the DOC.
