Does anybody know how much a Joseph Barr $1 bill with a BLUE SEAL is worth? I've been scouring the net , but have yet to find any mention of one with a blue seal. Thanks - Rik

Series 1963 b ;; this is the only denomination that was signed by barr :: these notes were at one time
