Me and my husband are losing our home do to the economy and we have to move in with a family member until we can get back on our feet. Will I be considered unfit to get my son taken from me?

No, right now your doing what you have to do.

Your unfit if your abusing your child, not properly taking care of him or her, etc. The list goes on and on. So relax!

There is nothing wrong with you and your kids staying at a relative house. Be lucky you have some where to stay because some people don't. Some people are actually sleeping in their cars. Thank goodness a relative is taking you and your kids in.

As long as you have a roof over their head and their needs met and are not abusing or neglecting him you should be okay.
