Dear Sir,

My husband was an employee of ICICI bank, he worked there as wealth manager ,for better position he shifted to hdfc after resigning from icici bank.He had joint fd account with icici amounting Rs 4 lakhs . The joint a/c was in name of my husband and my father.
One month after resigning from icici we came to know that bank had frozen fd account without intimating us.they said they did so because they feel my husband had fraudantly withdrawn money from some customers account,for which they had no proof.they blackmailed him that we pay to that customer otherwise they inform hdfc his current employer,they hasked him to sign a letter that due to his negligence fraud had happened and he is ready to pay money. They took xerox copy of that letter,paid to the customer from their suspense account. And informed hdfc about it, my husband had to resign from hdfc also. Still they have frozen our fd account .how do we get our money back,kindly help.
