    Married man and child support
    I got pregnant for a married man,he haven't been taking care of my daughter,I want to take him to court but a little scared because he is married,by the way am living in the virgin islands,anyway his wife found out and have been harassing me ever since,sending me emails,calling my phone and calling me and lots more,she said she would never accept my daughter and she would never let him take care of my daughter,I told him if he is not going to take care of my daughter I would take him to court,he said if I do,all he have to do is tell the court he is married.what should I do.do you think him being marriage would stand as a big issue against me and my child in court,please help.

    Please do not ask the same question twice, I am closing this one, if you have more info to the original question, just "answer" it to add more info.

    By they way this is called scaring you so you will not do the right thing.
    You sue for child support and make him pay, if she bothers you, report her actions to the police.
