I am 15 and I am experiencing knee pain but it wasn't like this a month ago when it was cold and snowing but now its about 80 dagrees and my knees suddenly start to hurt and I think it might just growing pain but its not in my muscles its in my joints but I don't think its atheritis cause its just my knees please help

Are you very physically active? It could be growing pains and physical joint pains caused by overuse of the knee. If so everynigt put an ice pack on it and elevate it. Good Luck :)

Yes actually I'm very active I am almost constantly moving
