How do I remove RVhost malaware. It has practically stopped me from using the internet.

I had a similar nasty virus a while ago, it only blocked out all of the virus scanner websites so I couldn't get rid of it...
Ended up finding a program call "Malware Bytes"
It's brilliant, they have a free version available for download on their site:

    Using Internet Explorer, go to:

Free Virus Scan - Free Antivirus Software | Norton Security Scan

Click "Continue to Symantec Security Check", in the next window click No when asked if you want to close this window, that will bring you to a window where you should click Virus Detection.

Write down exactly anything it finds, then go to: : and do a search for what was found. Symantec usually has a removal tool and/or directions for removing manually. Make sure that you follow the instructions for removal, step by step, especially the part regarding disabling System Restore.

Problem with that Whiskey is that a lot of Malaware stops you from being able to access a lot of internet sites, specifically popular virus scanning sites...

That is true but many times it will just stop the installed programs from updating, that's when it is worth it to see if the Symantec or another companie's scan will work.
