Husband asked for divorce, I had no problem. Then less than 1 week later,he tells me he is moving in 4 adults that I didn't know,and they would be here(the home) in 5 minutes. And they arrived with a semi moving truck(from arkansas) to say the least, My 12 yo daughter and I had to move, because he was moving these people in regardless. This is a 2b/1ba 900 sq ft home. I believe this has been a plan for quite some time between he and these people.( 6+ months) I knew my husband and the people liked to drink a lot of alcohol when they were together and there were guns in the house. We both own concealed weapons license.my husband likes to showoff when he's drinking. He usually doesn't drink at all. Being I do not drink and did not know these people and what they could be capable of... my only decision ,was to get my daughter and I out of the house. We were homeless, with no money, put everything in 2 large storage rentals,and had noting but the clothes on our backs. My question is... is there any legal action that I can pursue??
