I don't remember what the name of the show was but it was on the WB. It was about a group of people who got stuck on a island because their air balloon popped or something. And they were with dinosaurs and a women who lived in a big tree house, and she wore cloths that showed of her body. What is the name of this show?

You may be thinking of the syndicated series The Lost World. It ran for three seasons of completely nonsensical fun.

That might be "The Mysterious Island." There have been about five movies by that name, some were split into mini-series.
