What is the best way of raising a 6m galvanized street light pole, approx. 500kg, aside from using a hydraulic crane?

You could do it the way the ancient egyptians raised an obelisk, actually much bigger, heavier, taller, whatever then your street light pole. By digging a hole and getting it into it and then leavering it up. Your best bet is to get your town to do it for you with their hydraulic lift trucks. No ? Why not? Is this your personal property?
