Why are you filling your water heater?
New water heater?. Repairing a old heater? Let's have some details here. Regards, tom

Removed the faulty immersion heaters, had to
Drain down cylinder to remove heaters

Check your aerators on faucets if you are not getting any water. If you are getting cold, but not hot, let me know.

MGD77 said it: clean your aerators first. See if it helps...
