Seems pretty cut and dry to me. If someone is ignoring you, more often than not it means they don't want to talk to you. Blunt, but truth.

Her action speak clearly. If she is ignoring you, take the hint and leave her alone. She just doesn't want what you do, especially if you are calling her non-stop in hopes that she will pick up the phone.
